Navigating Coverage
Uninterrupted Treatment Is Our Goal
At YourBlueprint®, we work together with your healthcare provider and pharmacy to help you gain access to your medication.
YourBlueprint will work with you, every step of the way
Here’s a breakdown of how your coverage may work.
The pharmacy will verify your insurance coverage and work directly with your healthcare provider to obtain a prior authorization.
If the authorization is denied, the pharmacy can assist your healthcare provider with an appeal.
Your Case Manager will coordinate with your healthcare provider and pharmacy to help determine if you are eligible for any financial assistance programs or temporary medication, as needed, along the way.
